Ms. Emma Kawawa – an Entrepreneur, Speaker, Expert in Transformational Leadership, Youth and Women Economic Empowerment Advocate She is a holder of Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and International Relations. She has attended several courses including marketing, diplomacy and business management and has extensive experience of 15 years in both public and private management.

She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tanzania Women CEOs Roundtable (TWCR), Entango Investments Limited, Chairperson Tanzania Women Empowerment and innovations, Vice Chairperson of Women Arise of Africa, Country Director of New Faces New Voices (Graca Machel Trust Network), Leaders Without Borders, African Business Roundtable & Member of Great Lakes Women Entrepreneurs Network

Emma has served several boards including Tanzania Investments Centre, Gs1 Board, Mtwara Girls Secondary School and Ligula referral Hospital. Currently she serves the boards of Ladies in Business Magazine, Save the Society, African Institute of Small-Scale Mining and Pamoja Gemstone Miners.
Her passionate on women empowerment where she believes women leaders in business operators can leverage their collective wisdom and expertise to help one another attain sustainable business growth. Change and uplifting business women and youth to advocate for the inclusion on leadership of the private sector development in Africa and beyond.
