Oswald designed, developed, and is currently executing the acclaimed Nigeria Startup Bill (NSB) to drive the growth of Nigeria’s tech ecosystem and digital economy.

He is Co-founder and Executive Vice President of DBH Solutions, an African infrastructure and information technology company that provides quality standards-based infrastructure and technology solutions.

He is also an author, a business strategist and technology consultant with over 20 years’ demonstrated expertise in information technology (IT) and business strategy development.
In addition to his portfolio, he currently serves as the Senior Special Assistant to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on Digital Transformation, a role he assumed in August 2020.
